I felt instantly comfortable and like I was in good hands. Both Sarah and Tracy were very easy to talk to and put me at ease, checking what I wanted and was comfortable with at every step of the way. The treatment was absolutely wonderful, and I came out feeling very calm. Most of all, even after just one consultation and treatment session, I feel less worried about my hair loss (regardless of the outcome) because of having the support of the hair clinic. What a great place!

I'm not usually an all in kinda guy but you gave me a good grounding to take this issue head on and take full control, so thanks very much. I am super apprehensive about applying the products to my hair but I believe with help from my mother I'll have the technique down within the week.
